About CRTraining Personal Training

 

Thank you for visiting my site. I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little about me:

 

I am a fully qualified REP’s level 3 Personal Trainer who has had a passion for fitness and health for over fifteen years

 

I first got my fitness bug after leaving school when I was overweight, unhealthy and had related illnesses.

 

After numerous tests, doctors had prescribed me to live with my aches and pains. At this point I decided to take my health into my own hands and took up a healthy lifestyle. I re-assed my diet and took up exercise.

 

This was over thirteen years ago. Today I am still healthy and fit without going through fad diets or taking medicine. Fitness has kept my illnesses at bay and provided me with a better way of life.

 

I specialises in areas of weight loss, postural alignment and strength and conditioning, but regardless of your goals every session will be fun, motivational, enjoyable and will fit around your schedule.

 

I am a down to earth person who likes to stay fit and healthy and would like to share this with you. Together we can achieve your goals

I provide Personal Training for any age group, regardless of fitness . You can train either

One-to-One

Small Group Session

 

 

One-to-one Personal Training

My one to one sessions offer the most personal service specific to you and your goals. From your first consultation I will design a plan in accordance to you and approved by you. During each session I give you my undivided attention as we work through your exercises in a safe yet challenging environment.

 

Small Group Training

These sessions allow you to train with friends or a partner. They provide the perks of a fitness plan design specific to you all, but at a discounted price.

 

When you train with me I will provide:

•Food diaries to monitor your eating habits

•On hand advice and motivation

Each session is varied for constant motivation and progression. Whether you want to build on your cardio, build your strength, increase your endurance, lose weight or all of the above.
